    Through Pisces to Aquarius III

                 III
    The seeds of empty promises
    Soon sprout a shallow happiness
    That flowers as despairing rage
    In those benefiting the least
    From material convenience.
    Cities violently erupt,
    Becoming harbingers of fear
That quickly spread throughout the land.

“A death has been knocking at the door”

A death has been knocking at the door,
    But I refuse to listen and only ignore;
    For Destiny is worth keeping
These two feet terra firmly seeking
To extend the never ending Dream
    Beyond personal reality.

    Come Walk With Me

Father told his son, and I learned:
Death is a process of Living.
But I did not then understand:
    Death must also be permitted
To forever walk by our side
    For Destiny to Manifest
    Beyond this worn circular path
We have endlessly trudged for years.

    To hear the announcement

    Paths I, vii

    The cherished balance eludes us
       As the scales tip from right to left;
       Again we are disoriented,
       Vacillation leaving us bereft.
    This chosen path of exodus
From a life of material gain
          Is often hazardously steep;
          Methodically it must be tread
          To avoid the bottomless deep.
       With balance finally regained
We gaze at the Light around us,
       And succumbing to total strain
Sleepily greet the warm falling rain.

    Through Pisces to Aquarius IX

                    IX
    Modern day Luddite warriors,
Fight not for the jobs you have lost.
    Tune out, unplug, and awaken
    From the techutopian dream
To join battle late in the day
    For the Soul of Humanity.

    “Do we sink, swim”

    Do we sink, swim
    Or endlessly tread water?
This seesaw life of constant choice
Must yield to the Balance within
    If Existence is to continue.

    “Help is coming”

    Help is coming—
    It is in your mind
    If you stop your games
    And find the time.

    And if you look
    You still can see
    Your non-existence
    Must cease to be.
